TLM Software Development works with founders, collaborators and stakeholders to turn an idea into a working web application: the architecture, the build, and the tests that keep it honest. We also build and run products of our own.

WHO WE WORK WITH
Built alongside the people who have the idea
Founders
You know the problem and the people who have it. We turn that into an architecture, a build plan and a first release you can put in front of users.
Collaborators
Designers, developers and domain experts who join a product. We set the system design and the standards, so everyone builds toward the same thing.
Stakeholders
Owners, partners and backers who need to know where things stand. We give plain answers on cost, risk and progress, backed by working software.
APPROACH
From first sketch to running system
The same five steps for a client project or one of our own products. Architecture decisions are written down before code is, and every release is tested before anyone relies on it.
01
Frame
Who it is for, what it must do, and what it must never break. Written down before any code.
02
Architect
Evaluate platforms, choose the stack, and design the data and the boundaries between services.
03
Build
Direct the implementation and ship in small, working pieces you can try.
04
Prove
Automated tests and quality gates from day one, so changes stay safe as the product grows.
05
Run
Host, monitor and maintain it, or hand it to your team with the documentation to own it.

VENTURES
What we build
Our own products start inside TLM and become their own companies at launch. Client work is built to the same standards.

Formerly Little Chief. Invite-only preview while the product and its safety guardrails mature. Educational, not medical advice.
Every product and client project, mapped to the technologies behind it. The taller and darker the bar, the more of our repos share that technology. Drag to rotate, or select a bar, repo or technology to trace it.
HOW TO READRead the chart or the tableBar height and color show how many of the 4 repos share a technology. The table below lists every technology by repo.

MORE
Not used
Node.js and Docker run through all four repos, and Next.js, PostgreSQL and Google Gemini through three. Past that core, each project picks only what it needs, like FastAPI and Celery for betBot, Payload CMS for OSCI, or Astro and Resend for tlmsd.com.

HOW VENTURES GROW
One parent, many independent products
TLM is the parent company. Products grow up under it, then stand on their own.
STAGE 1 · STUDIO
Shaped inside TLM
The idea is framed, architected and built by the studio, with its founders and collaborators.
STAGE 2 · BETA
Tested with real people
Invited users try it while it matures. During beta, the product charges no one.
STAGE 3 · COMPANY
Launched as its own company
When it launches with paid plans, it becomes its own company. TLM stays on as the parent, and every product credits TLM in its footer.
